All commercial sales made through or in connection with grains.ae are direct B2B transactions between you and Ghutra Goods Wholesaler LLC, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. We do not list, host, or facilitate sales between independent third-party buyers and sellers, and we do not act as agent, broker, or intermediary for unrelated parties.
Some features of the Site (such as viewing detailed information, receiving updates, or submitting inquiries) may require registration or the provision of basic business information. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your use of the Site.
The content, prices, market signals, or other information made available through the Site (including Market Pulse and Alliya AI responses) are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or regulatory advice, and should not be relied on as a sole basis for commercial decisions. You remain responsible for conducting your own due diligence and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Where you choose to enter into a purchase with us, the terms of that transaction (including pricing, specifications, quantity, delivery, and payment) will be agreed separately, for example through a written quotation, contract, proforma invoice, or purchase order. We are responsible for the quality and legality of goods we sell as a licensed wholesaler, subject to the agreed contractual terms and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that imports, exports, storage, and onward sale comply with the laws and regulatory requirements of your jurisdiction.
